What are the side effects of sleeping aids?
Not enough sleep makes you may feel groggy, drowsy or tired when you wake up. Other side effects may include urinary retention, blurred vision, palpitations and dizziness. Sleeping pills helps you to get asleep but as your body became dependent on it your body build tolerance and you may realize that you need to increase your dose to attain the same effect if you continue to take it. Although you may be persuaded to up your dosage, it is not advised as it may have harmful effects on your health. Consult first to a doctor if you need advice before taking any sleep aids either natural or the prescribed one.
