 Insomnia is another sleep problem that result in problems in your personal  relationships, compromise your productivity and your health. Its side effects  become a vicious cycle in your life. If ever that is has been found out that your insomnia is a result of  another medical cause then that cause is what your doctor will treat and not the  insomnia since it is the reason why you are suffering from insomnia.<br />
