When experiencing reddened, sore, swollen, and bleeding gums, you should be alarmed for it could be a sign of Gingivitis, the early stage of gum disease or gum infections. These signs are caused by bacteria hovering on our oral cavity when one does not brush or flush thoroughly. You should not ignore the symptoms of gum disease for it warrants you to take an action regarding oral care before things come to worse. Brushing and flossing every other meal is necessary to prevent plaque build-up and thus, preventing gum problems later on.
